Tutorial Hershey Bar Pull Card Cover

Check out the new tutorial in the photo album section.  The template for this idea was given to me by Kristy Haas in Albia Iowa.  She thought I would 'LOVE IT" and I do.  I had to sit down and make one since she did not send a picture.  It was so easy to make the pumpkins using the Sizzix machine, that I plan to make this for Nicholas' Halloween Class treats! I hope you guys enjoy this as well.

HI Guys!

I am sorry for the delay since my last post.  Getting to the end of summer and the kiddos back to school has sucked any time I may have had!

I finally got my new products from SU.  I just love this set from the new catalog.  It is so fun and very versatile!

I created a tutorial to make the card using this stamp set on page 29 of the catalog.  I changed it a little bit to use the supplies I had and introduce the 'shaker technique' for the eyes.

I went ahead and bought the new BigShot from SU and will be posting some fun things using that over the next several weeks.

Cute Bella Rose Box

Vanilla Hodge Podge Hardware

Due to a quality issue, the new Vanilla Hodge Podge Hardware will not be available for sale.  SU expects to resolve this issue quickly and I will keep you updates on when it becomes available.  I was looking forward to the new color, as I love this embellishment!

Tutorials---Fresh Cuts

I am slowly making my way around this blog!  I have done my first tutorial and would love some feed back.  The tutorial is in my 'Photo Album' under Fresh Cuts.  Please give me some constructive criticism.  Or if you have any future suggestions for tutorials I would love to hear from you.  Kristy has asked for a tutorial on altered clipboards, so that will probably be my next 'class'!

Let's Get It Started!!

I feel like I am now entering the 21st century and creating my own stamping blog for the world to see (and make fun of all of all of my grammatical and spelling errors---I apologize). My very good friend Fiona in Great Britain introduced me to the idea and once I saw how beautiful her blog is (check it out at http://www.fionastampinup.blogspot.com/)I had to make one of my own. My other very good friend Kristy from Iowa had asked for several instructions on different projects and it would have been too difficult to explain over the phone. So, I think my blog will take me in the direction of explaining new techniques, with step my step instructions (with pictures). Highlighting new products and how to use them in creative ways. Showcasing step by step card examples and scrapbook pages. Finally, posting some pictures of my very creative friends. So, please bear with me as I take this journey. I hope you will stop back often as I add more features. Please sign my guest book each time you come by so that I know you were here and hopefully enjoyed the content.
